Here I deliberately treat only a single, clearly defined spot and not several zones at once. The difference from the large area lies solely in the surface, not in the intensity: I work on this one spot just as restrainedly and in fine steps. For this focused scope I plan around 30 minutes.

This option fits when you have a specific fine line in mind and don't want to treat a larger section along with it straight away. - Soothing & finish — At the end I soothe and nourish. Slight redness immediately afterward is normal.
