This option is intended for you when freshness should not stop at the chin: with Microneedling with Lachs-DNA I work polynucleotides into face and neck through fine needle channels and place the nourishing focus on suppleness and deep hydration down into the neck area.

Why face and neck belong together

Often the face is attentively cared for while the neck is neglected — and that is exactly where a hard transition becomes visible. That is why I treat both areas in one appointment and use the fine needle channels to work the Lachs-DNA in more deeply than a cream from the outside could. On the neck the skin is thinner and more sensitive than on the face; I adjust needle depth and pace accordingly.

Which skin this option is intended for

It is sensible above all for dull, tired or moisture-poor skin that you would like to experience fresher and more supple on the face and neck. With acute acne, inflammation in the area or during pregnancy, I clarify honestly beforehand whether the treatment is currently suitable for you. As with every needling treatment, a series at sensible intervals usually brings the calmer long-term effect — a success cannot be guaranteed.

How your treatment works

Consultation & cleansing — We discuss your skin goal, then I cleanse thoroughly and prepare the skin.
Microdermabrasion — Using microcrystals, I smooth the surface and open the skin up for the active ingredients.
Microneedling with active-ingredient serum — With fine needles, I work the selected active-ingredient serum evenly into the skin; I match the needle depth to your skin. Most people find it well tolerable.
High-frequency & mask — This is followed by high-frequency and a soothing mask.
Finishing care — At the end I nourish and protect. Slight redness immediately afterward is normal.

It is noticeable, but tolerable for most. I can adjust the needle depth and work especially gently on sensitive areas.

How does my skin look right afterward?

Usually slightly red, similar to a warm sun feeling — this typically subsides within one to two days. Sun protection is important afterward.

How many sessions do I need?

Microneedling relies on repetition at sensible intervals. How many make sense for your goal is something we'll discuss honestly at your first appointment.

What should I keep in mind afterward?

Don't irritate the skin for a few days, no aggressive peeling, consistent sun protection. I'll give you the rest in concrete terms.
