Why the neck belongs to it
The face rarely ends optically at the chin — the neck shows in every photo and at every appearance. Its skin is thinner and finer than that of the cheeks and carries considerably fewer active sebaceous glands, which is why I take it along more gently than the T-zone. This way the transition from the face to the neck looks even rather than abrupt.
How carbon and laser work together
I apply a fine layer of liquid carbon that sinks into the pores and binds excess sebum as well as fine impurities. With the laser I target this carbon and pick it up again, supporting the clarification. Pores are not permanently reduced in size by this, but they can look optically finer once they are freed of deposits — the face and neck appear calmer and more even.
Fast, with no downtime
The treatment is pleasantly quick and usually comes without longer downtime. Before an occasion I schedule it a few days beforehand rather than on the same day, so that any slight redness has surely settled. For a fresh occasion glow one session is often enough; for a fundamental skin goal a series can make sense.
