Gentle micro-impulses for fresher, more even skin — the skin's own renewal is encouraged.
Microneedling with salmon DNA is a cosmetic procedure in which fine needles create microscopic channels in the skin and work in polynucleotides — an active ingredient with moisture-binding properties. At Isabels Beauty Club in Munich-Laim, we use this combination as part of cosmetic skin care. A session usually takes about 45 minutes.
This option is intended for your skin when it looks dull, tired or lacking in moisture. With Microneedling with Lachs-DNA I work polynucleotides into the deeper layers through fine needle channels, to place the nourishing focus on freshness, suppleness and deep hydration.
I combine the classic needling impulse with an ingredient I value for its regenerating and moisture-binding properties. The result does not come from a one-time promise, but from realistic planning and usually from repetition at sensible intervals.
What the Lachs-DNA contributes
By “Lachs-DNA” I mean polynucleotides. I value them because they can support your skin in holding moisture better and looking more supple. The focus is therefore less on a show effect and more on thirsty, tired-looking skin.
Why the combination makes sense
The needling creates fine channels and gives your skin a renewal impulse. I use exactly those channels to work the polynucleotides in more deeply than would be possible with a cream from the outside.
Which skin the treatment is intended for
This option is especially sensible for dull-looking, dry or lackluster skin. With acute acne, inflammation in the area or during pregnancy, I clarify honestly beforehand whether the treatment is currently suitable for you.
Difference from classic Microneedling
Classic needling aims more at texture and evenness. With polynucleotides I additionally shift the emphasis toward deep hydration and suppleness.
Course and repetition
After the appointment your skin is usually slightly reddened. This generally subsides within one to two days. As with any needling treatment, a series at sensible intervals usually brings the cleaner long-term effect. An outcome cannot be guaranteed.
How your treatment works
- Consultation & cleansing — We discuss your skin goal, then I cleanse thoroughly and prepare the skin.
- Microdermabrasion — Using microcrystals, I smooth the surface and open the skin up for the active ingredients.
- Microneedling with active-ingredient serum — With fine needles, I work the selected active-ingredient serum evenly into the skin; I match the needle depth to your skin. Most people find it well tolerable.
- High-frequency & mask — This is followed by high-frequency and a soothing mask.
- Finishing care — At the end I nourish and protect. Slight redness immediately afterward is normal.
