The third session is the fine finish of the removal: after two previous lightening sessions, the focus now is on reworking the remaining pigment as evenly and cleanly as possible.
What a third session achieves
Some areas release the pigment more slowly than others. In this session I continue to even out those more stubborn spots, so the overall picture becomes calmer. This appointment also takes about 20 minutes and follows only once the previous treatment has healed.
Honest about the result
Even after several sessions I cannot guarantee complete, trace-free removal — but the old PMU can often be lightened considerably, especially in preparation for a new design. Whether the third session is the end or things continue, we discuss openly together.
How your treatment works
- Consultation & pre-drawing — We discuss what you would like; I measure precisely and draw on in advance until the shape sits right.
- Colour selection — Together we choose the matching shade.
- Pigmentation — After numbing, I work the colour pigments in evenly with ultra-fine needles.
- Finish & aftercare notes — At the end I go over the care. A follow-up session usually follows after a few weeks.
