Why the nape is practical
You can hardly get your own nape clean with a razor, because you can barely see it and it is hard to reach. That is exactly why many find the treatment here a real relief: a tidy line without fiddling in the mirror every time. Darker hairs respond best.
Why several appointments
Hair grows in cycles, which is why I only catch the active roots per session. For a long-term-minded, clean nape line we work in several appointments spaced apart. A complete stop of every hair cannot be guaranteed.
How your treatment works
- Preparation, Please shave the area the day before. On site, I cool the skin and set the laser to your skin and hair type.
- Laser pass, I guide the laser handpiece evenly across the skin; the energy is absorbed by the hair pigment, felt as short, warm pulses.
- Cooling & finish, Right afterward, I cool the skin. Please avoid the sun, sauna and intense exercise in the days that follow.
Suitable for

Not suitable / caution
- Pregnancy
- Freshly tanned or sunburned skin
- Very light, blond, red or grey hair (barely respond)
- Acute skin conditions in the area
After the treatment
- No heat for 24 to 48 h (sauna, tanning bed, hot bath)
- Avoid the sun and use sun protection
- Between sessions only shave, do not epilate/wax
